| Chopped Liver |

| 2 lbs beef liver 6 hard boiled eggs 2 medium onions 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 5 Tbsp chicken fat (may substitute mayo) Broil or fry the liver to well done, about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Rinse liver and trim off edges. *Grind liver when cool. Grind eggs, onions into same bowl. Add salt, pepper, chicken fat - mix. Serve on bed of lettuce. *Use a meat grinder - or a blender set at grind. |
